As a customer of Nestoma, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you purchase the subscription. However, there are important exceptions — the right of withdrawal applies only if you have not yet started using the service.

Conditions for the 14-day right of withdrawal:

Applies from the time of purchase — not from any subsequent renewal.
Trial periods (e.g., 7 days) count toward the 14-day period.
Extending a subscription does not grant a new right of withdrawal.
Example: If you start with a trial period that automatically renews, the 14-day period is counted from the start of the trial.

When do I lose the right of withdrawal?

You lose the right of withdrawal if you do any of the following:

Log in and access subscription features
Create or complete a search profile
Contact a landlord (even via an external link)
Publish your own property listing

When you make a purchase, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends as soon as you begin using the service.

How do I exercise the right of withdrawal?
